Cropped jeans and animal print

Since the humidity in Florida is subsiding a bit, I decided to take the opportunity to break out a few “fall” items from my closet! Thankfully, the air conditioning is always pumping in Florida houses and buildings, so you need to add layers in order to keep your temperature normal.

I’m a fan of the neutral colors of the animal print cardigan I scored at Marshalls. It’s swingy and loose, so there are definitely a few different ways to wear it! Today, I decided to add some structure by belting it at my natural waist.

And you’ve got to add a pop of color…these pink shoes have been in my wardrobe since college – can you believe that? I know a lot of people are hesitant to spend a lot of money on an expensive pair of shoes, but these shoes are a great example: most times, when you buy quality, it lasts for longer (and is better on your feet)! I’ll be really sad when these shoes finally kick the bucket…
