My Style

A Colorful Caftan

There is something wonderful about an easy, breezy caftan dress. It’s a simple silhouette; I love the fact that I’m able to dress it up or down! When I spotted this pretty printed caftan at Marshalls, I knew I had to take it home with me. Because I live in Florida, when the fall/winter months roll around, we are still experiencing warm weather. Therefore, to transition, I start implementing a few more dark hues into my wardrobe and retire the lighter ones. What I love about this dress is that the darker blues and hints of turquoise and green are appropriate in the fall/winter, but it’s still light and breezy enough for the warm weather!

I actually brought this frock along with me on our recent trip to Mexico. I didn’t get any photos snapped of me in it, so I’m glad to have the Florida heat at my disposal for the opportunity to wear it again!
