Oh my – has life been busy lately! I don’t know if it is the time of the year or if it is just life in general, but responsibilities, schedules, and just the day-to-day grind have been adding up over the past few weeks and I am seriously trying to grasp everything!
With everything being “go-go-go” lately, it is important for me to take a moment or two to slow down and enjoy the small things in life. Even if I only have a few moments to do so, it makes a big difference. All too often we can get caught up in the rat race of life and forget to remember how great life can be! Life at the studio has been pretty incredible lately – we have so many clients quickly approaching their goal of taking their 100th class, our studio is celebrating being open just over 6 months now, and our group of teachers at the studio are almost at the year mark from when we first met each other when we attended training last year.
