I have a really wonderful thing to share with you today (actually, a set of things)! When the folks over at SOHO Beauty contacted me about testing out some of their makeup brushes, I was so excited to do so!
They sent me a set of 5 different brushes from their Professional makeup brush line.

The entire set is perfect for everyday, and the eyeshadow brushes are some of my personal favorites to create a smoky eye!
The bristles are soft and natural: the feel is great! The powder and blush brushes are fluffy and light, which is an essential when it comes to my brushes…there is nothing worse than a scratchy makeup brush on your face! I’m really glad to have the brushes from SOHO Professional line in my makeup bag: make sure you check them out!

My favorite brush is definitely my foundation brush. The alternative is using my fingers (which I did for years) and I know how bad that can be for my skin…. This is a great giveaway!

I suck at being a girl — the only real brushes I have are for blush and eyeshadow. BUT, if I win, I am totally gifting this to my mom. She has used the SAME blush brush for like, 20 years. She dropped it in the parking lot at work once, and it got RUN OVER BY A CAR, and she just washed it off and kept using it.
I’m embarrassed to say this but I don’t really have a favorite makeup brush because I hardly use them. 🙁 Shame, I know!! I have a blush brush which I use for powder foundation and bronzer/blush. And I have an eyeshadow one but they’re nothing fancy.

My kabuki brush is definitely my favorite. I love how it gives an even finish to my foundation and powder!
I was just thinking I need to pop over to Sephora for new brushes! My favorite brushes are for eye shadow because otherwise I’m terrible at the smokey eye.
I need to be better about washing my brushes, so I’d love to start fresh with some new ones and take good care of them!
I am addicted to my little kabuki brush. I use it to put on loose powder and to blend my foundation and blush. What a great giveaway!

I love any big, fluffy powder brush. I use them for powder, bronzer, blush — anything. I’m also partial to a great eye shadow brush.
I am partial to blush brushes. Of course good for blush, bronzer on contouring but I like to use them for all over blending.

I have a few target makeup brushes that I really like. The eye shadow ones look similar to the soho ones.
I’ve been using Target brushes for a while, but I’d love to have some nicer ones!
The only brushes I own right now are from Target, so these would definitely be an upgrade! My most important one is my bronzer, though 🙂

Love all my makeup brushes! I have mixed and matched brand names over the years. Would definitely be lost without my brushes. Read a lot about Soho recently these brushes look amazing and for the price…even on my tight budget I may have to buy a couple if I don’t win! Good Luck everyone!
