My ‘Secret Weapon’ – Mascara!

Do you have a “secret weapon” when it comes to makeup and beauty products? Is there an item you just can’t leave home without putting on? For me, it just so happens to be mascara. I apply foundation, blush, or other makeup items to my face in the morning, but without a few coats of mascara my eyes just don’t stand out. Lengthening and volumizing my lashes helps to make me look bright, awake, and perfectly polished. It makes everything come together, even on those days when I just don’t feel my best! However, selecting the right mascara for my makeup collection can be quite the process. I am notorious for purchasing a new brand and new style of mascara each and every time I require a new tube. I recently began using Revlon’s Lash Potion™ Volume and Length Mascara, and I might just be hooked once and for all.

One of my biggest challenges when it comes to locating the perfect mascara is finding one that lengthens my lashes AND adds volume. Often times I find a mascara that does one of these things, but not the other. My eye lashes happen to be thin and short, so it does take effort to give them the boost they require! I am pleased to report Revlon’s Lash Potion Volume and Length Mascara truly delivers what it promises. Revlon’s Lash Potion formula contains strengthening proteins, peptides, and essential vitamins. It is available in non-waterproof and waterproof varieties, depending on your personal preference! The Illusionist Wand drenches lashes for dramatic volume and combs through for clump-free length. The brush is thick with long bristles. I have been applying two coats in the morning as part of my makeup routine, and the results have been great so far! The Lash Potion Volume and Length Mascara has probably resulted in some of the longest looking lashes I’ve had in a while. Plus, it is affordable, which is a big plus in my book. This mascara is definitely one of my new beauty secrets, and will be an important weapon in my makeup arsenal!
