Casual day in stripes and boyfriend jeans

Happy week of Thanksgiving, everyone! I can’t believe the holiday season is officially upon us.

We are (almost 100%) moved in to the new house this morning. There are still a few odds and ends at the old apartment that I need to deal with today…then it is on to unpacking and organizing! Thankfully, my parents have been an amazing help; I don’t know how we could have done everything without them! I certainly wouldn’t have more than half of the house repainted…that’s for sure!

Anyway, today I wanted to share a bit of a casual outfit. Wearing a tee shirt with jeans is not exactly the norm (for me), but the thought is actually growing on me a bit ever since I picked up these boyfriend jeans.

To make the boyfriend jeans not appear TOO casual, I threw on a pair of chunky heels for a bit of feminine flair. And you can never go wrong with stripes, it seems! They’re everywhere lately, and I love it.
