Baked Chicken Divan
- 4 cups cooked broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered (or one can petite diced tomatoes, drained)
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell's 98% Fat Free Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (or regular)
- ⅓ cup skim milk
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- Place broccoli, tomatoes, and grilled chicken in a 9 inch pie plate.
- Stir the Cream of Chicken soup and milk in a small bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli, tomatoes, and chicken. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle panko bread crumbs on top of the cheese.
- Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes, or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
