4th of July Food + Drink Holiday

Last minute recipes for the 4th

Happy 4th of July, everyone!

It looks like the rain is going to be holding off for the most part today in my neck of the woods, so I’m celebrating being able to see the sun…even it if is only for a brief amount of time. I hope you all have some fun plans for cookouts, pool/beach parties, and fireworks today. Be safe!

And if you’re looking for some last minute recipes to whip up for your holiday gatherings, let me suggest a few!

Tomato basil mozzarella pasta salad

This tomato, basil, and mozzarella pasta salad is my #1 recommendation. Every time I make a batch, I don’t want to share it with other people because I want to eat it all myself.

triple berry crisp in a jar

I bet you have some berries on hand right about now – triple berry crisps in a jar are a red, white, and blue treat (when you add ice cream)!

Roasted Garlic and Bacon Guacamole

It’s not a party without guacamole. And bacon. Roasted garlic and bacon guacamole definitely pleases the crowds at my house.

Chili lime garlic aioli

Chili Lime Garlic Aioli is great for your burgers and to dip your fries!

heirloom tomato caprese salad with balsamic

Caprese salads scream “summer” to me – plus they’re simple and easy to prepare.

Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies 8

Last but not least, some red velvet crinkle cookies. They’re a cinch to make (and use a boxed cake mix as the base).

What are you making for your 4th of July get-togethers?
