Pretty in purple…Cushe Hellyers (plus a giveaway!)

Sometimes, comfort is key.

As much as I love slipping into a pair of sky high heels or wedges, there are also many times where I find myself in need of an everyday style to wear around town.

Enter: the Cushe Hellyer. The folks at Cushe were kind enough to send me a pair to try out, and I have to say I’ve been impressed. They are made with a breathable canvas material on top, with a honeycomb moulded grip on the bottom. The name “Cushe” is extremely appropriate in this case; the shoes are squishy and easy to wear…cushy!

The Hellyers come in a variety of colors and patterns, from a Moroccan striped pair, to black metallic, to blue with purple soles, and so on. I was a big fan of the Tribal Purple pattern; it’s so fun!

The Hellyers are perfect to wear around on a casual day, and I think they’re going to come in handy when I tour amusement parks or other events where walking is prevalent. I don’t normally like to wear sneakers/athletic shoes to places other than the gym, so these are a really nice compromise for comfort and style.
