One of the fun things about teaching/working at a school is that every once in a while I get to act a bit like a kid again.
Last week, we happened to have some furry and feathery visitors at the school. A petting zoo set up in the school yard, and many of the smaller students were able to meet the animals up close and personal! There was a cow, a sheep, a goat, ducks, a rooster, rabbits, quail, and a piglet! I have to say: being able to pet a few animals myself was quite a fun time. I mean, how often do you get the chance to pet a 5 week old piglet? And yes: it’s just as cute as you’d think it is and I definitely wanted to take that cute little guy home with me. Anyway, today I thought I’d share a few pictures I snapped of our animal visitors – so cute, right???
